Grey’s Ave, or Te Mātāwai, boasts two buildings, each 12 levels and provides Aotearoa’s most vulnerable with, safe, clean and beautiful accommodation.
Going into this project we knew there was a very tight deadline, and we were confident we could make it work. Greys’ Ave is the debut of our newest product, the SwiftLiner System, NZ’s smartest pre-finished wall lining. By providing this revolutionary new system we were able to complete the project within the deadline, installing 327 panels with only two builders installing it.
Using our innovative wall linings system, we were able to install everything within twelve weeks, completing this project to a high standard not compromising on quality for a second. We’re incredibly proud of the results and look forward to the next projects with this product.
